I've decided to make fruits my main snack group as part of my new diet. So, for the next couple of months, I will be snacking on real fruits. For the last decade, I've managed to maintain a steady weight, which my doctor has found to be amazing given my profession.

Unfortunately, my current weight is not my target weight. I still got some work to do, mainly in the center body area, meaning the persevering guts gotta go!

Although exercising routinely can do the trick, I believe the key to weight loss still remains with nutrition; what we feed our body can easily trump how hard we try to shape our body with fitness routines.

So, here we go; fruits are in and cheetos are out.
